Added support for custom virtual machine images. The image manager framework makes it possible to specify custom image managers or use the default one. The image manager can be used to install images to be accessed over iSCSI (NetApp), NFS (ZFS or LVM), and locally.
The code has been reorganized and new projects have been added. In general, code written for previous releases will require some (mostly minor) porting.
